CRAB SATELLITE / RESEARCH PRACTICE
How I use AI in research
I use AI to explore questions, develop and check candidate arguments, and write papers. In some projects, it has proposed a key proof strategy. Each paper explains how AI was used and what has been checked.
Working on a real problem shows me where a tool helps and where it fails. I use those failures to improve how I conduct and check the research.
01
Research decisions
My work includes choosing problems, directing and revising research routes, checking arguments and sources, and organizing the resulting evidence. The mix of human and AI contributions differs by project; the account of each work should make that clear.
02
Checking a result
A paper needs a clear claim and an argument that supports it. Where computation or formal verification is used, I explain what was checked and which assumptions remain. I also check the result against the original question and prior work.
03
Authorship and corrections
I decide whether a work meets the requirements for publication and take responsibility for its claims, evidence, readability and disclosure. If a problem is found, I investigate it and correct or withdraw the affected claim when necessary.
04
Criticism and different methods
I welcome criticism of specific arguments, sources and passages. Researchers can make different choices about their tools and division of work. I want the results to be evaluated through their mathematical or scientific content and the evidence supporting them.

Crab Research brings together the papers, research methods and supporting materials. Individual records explain the scope of each result and link to formalizations where available.
